How to download a file on lovers lab
Unrelated request: Please add Wabbajack to Chocolatey. Normally I would assume this is not a problem with Wabbajack but with the modlist or Nexus, but this is consistently happening. Nexus is working fine, and I have downloaded these lists on previous versions.
Plus, it would be odd if they were all coincidentally failing. The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:. It looks like those mods have updated and the specific versions required by Fallout 4 Enhanced Edition aren't available anymore. I think the modlists will need to be updated. Sorry, something went wrong.
I haven't checked the 4th yet. Maybe something could be done to work around this issue? I just a guy who hit the same issue, not a modder or anything don't think any of those options are good solutions. You might be able to edit the modlist yourself to trick it into accepting the latest versions, but it's not really worth the effort and may break unexpectadly.
Every mod should have a JSON with the version listed. If the modlist can specify a version, than the information should be available. Or, I think it would be very odd if it weren't. Working around the issue is only a matter of either A Checking if a modlist is viable, or B doing the installation as much as possible and giving the user the information to allow them to choose how they want to proceed. Skip to content. Star New issue.
Jump to bottom. Copy link. Exception: Cannot continue, was unable to download one or more archives at Wabbajack. Do a version check before allowing 30GB worth of downloads to go through.
Allow downloaded mods to continue to install rather than failing the entire process and tell the user what failed so they can grab new versions manually. Ask the user if they want to download and install the newest versions of the mods.
Remove modlists from the gallery that are no longer up to date. Quando il gioco e finito, il re e il pedone vanno nella stessa scatola. User Info: Arrei. Most modders that take content from other mods do so after procuring permission from the original authors or, at the very least, giving the original author credit for any borrowed assets.
That's generally how TES modding goes as a whole. That's not to say there aren't shadier ones out there but very few attempt to steal others' work and claim it as their own, mostly because the modding community is quick to turn on authors that are outed as unabashed thieves.
Arrei posted For the most part, the majority of my favourite modders on LL do give credit to the original mod authors. They usually provide a credit or require you download the original source to use their mods mostly conversions. But yeah, the most criminal theft in recent memory has to be the true ciri and yennifer companions from loverslab. What's makes it even more criminal is the their is a nexus staff member and that no action was taken aside from having the mods removed.
As a result, the original author ceased his work, which was sadas he was about to provide updates and new characters I heard true tries was near completion. I also remembered when workshop started the paid mods and I believe someone ripped off wet and cold and claimed it as their own. I'm not completely against the idea of paid mods, but my biggest deterrent is? Imairly freeloaders stealing mods and claiming it as their own. User Info: Zague I've downloaded quite a lot of stuff from LL - lots of perfectly normal mods as well as some of the adult ones.
Also made quite a few good friends over there. The community is generally very mature, tolerant and reasonable. I'm not really sure why the guys who run Nexus are so anti-LL, but for every accusation I've seen flung at LL for things it does "wrong" I've seen no evidence in reality. They have rules specifically prohibiting theft, piracy and under-age content, and they enforce them perfectly well if necessary. Anyway, it's a very misunderstood place. User Info: BigJeffreyLane.
Zague77 posted User Info: Naberu. Anti-LL communities are mostly spurred from not wanting to be associated with what the LL is known for sexual-related stuff. I myself feel uncomfortable with all the adult-oriented ads they are showing, but at the moment there is nothing that Adblock Plus plugin for Firefox couldn't fix.
As for mods, I mostly go to non-adult Skyrim mods category. I like boobs and stuff as much as the next guy but I better off finding pr0n on the net than putting them in Skyrim. If not, j-j-jam it in! If so, meh Perhaps that's why we're okay with it, then. Our sense of shame died a long time ago.
